The Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation (ANMF) joins more than 100 leading health and medical organisations as signatories of an open letter to all Australians in support of a Voice to Parliament.
Australians will cast their vote at a landmark referendum to decide whether to enshrine an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Voice to Parliament in the Constitution on Saturday, 14 October.
Standing in solidarity with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, the union movement, including the ANMF, has unanimously committed to backing a ‘Yes’ vote in the historic referendum.
