Application to alter ANMF Rules

14 October 2024

On 3 October 2024, the ANMF lodged a notice with the Fair Work Commission setting out particulars of alterations to the ANMF Rules (the Notice). The Notice was lodged pursuant to r126(1)(a) of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Regulations 2009.
